Hotel Waghmare began with a single handi of Saoji rassa and a belief that hospitality is a form of generosity. Three decades on, the recipes are still ground by hand, the masala still roasted each morning, and the welcome still unhurried.
Downstairs, a warm family dining room. Above it, an open rooftop where evenings run long under string light and open sky.

★★★★★“We hosted my mother's 60th on the terrace. Every detail was handled quietly and the food kept arriving hot. Guests are still talking about it.”
★★★★★“Family dining downstairs, celebration upstairs. Service is warm without hovering, and the tandoor is exceptional.”
